Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Webteqno managed-hosting portal and hosting services supplied by Webteqno LTD (company number 12884834), registered at Kemp House, 152-160 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. Contact: info@webteqno.com.

Eligibility and accounts
The service is intended primarily for Webteqno website clients. You must provide accurate information, keep account and authentication details secure, enable appropriate security controls, and promptly notify Webteqno of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless caused by Webteqno's breach.

Orders and service activation
Submitting a registration or order is a request for service, not automatic acceptance. Webteqno reviews each request and confirms acceptance and activation. Hosting setup and changes are performed manually; an “Active” portal status records an administrative decision and does not itself provision third-party hosting resources.

Fees, billing, and renewals
Prices and billing periods are shown before an order is submitted. Hosting is generally billed annually. Where PayPal automatic billing is selected, you authorize the displayed recurring charge until cancelled. Manual-payment requests are not activated until Webteqno confirms payment. Taxes or provider charges will be disclosed where applicable.

Your responsibilities
You must have authority to use the domain, content, software, and credentials supplied to Webteqno. You must maintain lawful content, use supported software, cooperate with security and maintenance requests, and comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and Hosting Terms.

Third-party services
Hosting infrastructure, domain registration, WordPress, plugins, PayPal, email, and other third-party services may be governed by separate terms and may change or experience outages outside Webteqno's reasonable control. Webteqno is not responsible for a third party's independent acts, but will provide the management and support included in the selected package.

Suspension and termination
Webteqno may restrict or suspend access where payment is overdue, use creates a security or legal risk, these terms are materially breached, or action is required by a provider or authority. Where reasonably possible, notice and an opportunity to remedy will be provided. Either party may end service in accordance with the applicable order, renewal, and refund terms.

Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that rule, Webteqno is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss caused by client content, credentials, unsupported software, third-party services, or events outside reasonable control. Any other liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes and contact
Webteqno may update these terms for legal, security, provider, or service changes. Material changes affecting active services will be communicated where reasonably practicable. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not affected. Questions may be sent to info@webteqno.com.
