Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Webteqno hosting or the portal to:

• break any law or facilitate fraud, abuse, harassment, exploitation, or deceptive activity;
• host or distribute malware, phishing material, credential-stealing tools, or code intended to compromise systems;
• send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages using misleading sender information;
• attack, scan, probe, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to any account, network, website, or service;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• publish content you do not have authority to use;
• evade provider limits, interfere with other customers, or consume unreasonable resources;
• resell or share the service unless Webteqno has approved it in writing; or
• use credentials, support attachments, or portal features to store or transmit unrelated sensitive or unlawful material.

Security testing requires prior written authorization and an agreed scope. Webteqno may investigate suspected abuse, preserve relevant records, restrict affected functions, remove harmful material, suspend service, or report conduct where legally required. Where safe and reasonably practicable, Webteqno will give notice and an opportunity to remedy a non-urgent violation.
